when we say we do not like a female who is possibly considered by many to be asthetically beautiful it does not mean we are jealous.Some girls on this forum are saying they dont like steph for example and some members are throwing the 'your just jealous cos shes fit' card back in there faces.its sad.

Thats just silliness! We dislike someone for a reason and im pretty sure its not because of the womens looks! x

It is sad. Of course, there are some girls who may dislike someone just through jealousy, but men are guilty of the same.

Personally, I think it depends how it is said. If someone seems to just dislike someone for no apparent reason, you can't blame people for thinking they are jealous. If they have their reasons, fair enough.

I liked Steph at first, now I don't is clearly not down to her looks.
Secondly, the people who say girls only don't like her cos of her looks, largely, only like her cos of her looks!

Thirdly, most of my favourites are 'fit' girls.

I know but on alot of the threads particualry those discussing steph and the eviction on friday it keeps cropping up people going oh steph will be out becuase she is fit and girls will be jealous and also i read a female members post saying she wanted her out and some male member turned round and said oh its because shes pretty and your jealous.Its stupid.

agreed,its all the male members who keep going,id shag steph,stephs fit,etc who keep saying girls are jealous lol

Individually I'm sure there are a lot of girl's who don't base things off looks and being jealous...

but there is something to be said for the trend that a female is ALWAYS evicted first, and the pretty ones are usually reviled, mostly by other females. I'm sure none of them would admit to it but there is some jealousy going on somewhere.

I can see why people don't like her. I don't think the majority of girls would vote her out through jealousy.

Well, you can hardly base 'the girls out first' trend on looks. Mary (BB6), Bonnie (BB7), Shabnam (BB8). They were probably the worst looking people of their respective series

i think some people are confusing the fact that girls dont like vanity and self obsession in other females.Its noting to do with jealously because of her looks.


As for this so called trend,shabnam?nothign to be jealous of there?Bonnie?nope?cant even remember past that tbh!lol but just look at people like Aisleyne and Imogen both beautiful girls who last to almost the very end.

I'm not a 'girls' but I don't like steph. I don't think she's that beautiful anyway. She's attractive, but nothing I would get an instant erection over.

Most people aren't shallow enough to dislike someone because they are good looking.

I prefer Rachel and Lisa anyway. They do give me a trouser tremor

I have a problem with anyone that uses 'all men' or 'all women' or to be honest 'all' anything!- in arguments. As if they can generalise people. Like EVERY girl that dislikes Steph must be jealous, that's bs.

Obviously, some will be but it's stupid to presume ALL will be just because of a minority of shallow people.
