Default I wish BB USA was as good as UK

I discovered BBUK this fall with bb7. You guys really know how to do big brother. If you have seen the US version, it pales in comparison to the UK version. I am now hooked. Does your channel 4 sell the shows on Itunes or any other online media or do I have to continue to find it in other ways?

The two shows are very different and I love both, I wish BBUK was more like BBUS.
I think you will have to watch it in other ways because I don't think C4 sell it to itunes or anything like that.

That is a shame. Seems like there is a huge money making potential for the station if they sold the shows online

Welcome to the forum

BBUK and BBUS do indeed follow very different formats, and they're both good in their own way. I do like the US version, but I prefer the UK version.

If you live in the US (which I presume you do), then there's no official ways that you can watch the show (to my knowledge), but you can try YouTube or torrents.

I am in the US and I use torrents. I am not opposed to using torrents when I need something, but I am also not opposed to paying for something that has genuine worth. I would pay if I could, even pay for a huge box set if they were available. After the first 1/2 of BB7, my daughter and I could almost understand everyone, lol, and we really enjoy the show.

What show are you watching? BBUS is about the fakest crap around! It's like watching a movie. All the people look the same. It's just beyond boring. The UK show blows in out of the water!

I've only seen BB-US once and I really really like the game-playing aspect of it!

They're both very different and I definitely prefer the UK version, much more enjoyable! But I would like them to slightly incorporate some of the game-playing into it! I thought they were going to when they said this year would be a competition but it's never happened.

I enjoy the UK's voyeuristic quality. BBUS is just too scripted and lame.

Those 2 are completely different formats, you cannot compare them as they are not focussed on the same aspect of life in society.

Personally I love both, BB USA needs some of BB UK and BB UK needs some of BB USA.

I love both. I'd love to see a bunch of UK housemates having to do it the American way. People like Sylvia and Dennis' heads would explode with all the open game-playing.
