Ex-Big Brother 9 housemate Dennis McHugh was questioned by police over the incident where he spat in fellow housemate, Mohamed’s face.

Hertfordshire police decided to investigate the matter after it emerged that spitting in someones face is common assault. Dennis could face a fine or even six months in prison

But Hertfordshire police have released a statement stating that no further action will be taken against Dennis, although the potential complainant will be spoken to once he leaves the house.

Unfortunately I don't think it will go that far, although I'd like him to be prosecuted and punished.
Either way, I hope channel 4 don't do any interview with hi, refuse to invite him back for any future shows reunions ect.
This low life should be ignore now by all, its definately the last time I mentioned his name again. He is scum and should be treated like so.

Good hes a disgrace.. cant beleive i actually liked him. No matter what anyone in that house had done he had absoultly no right to spit in someones face the dirty little lowlife! And he had the cheek to call Mo a tramp!!!! Ahhh lol hes really annoyed me.. haha x

Dennis was way out of order. He should of got a fine. Prison might of been a bit nasty but he should never of spat in Mohamed's face.
