After sleeping through the morning Victor awoke and went straight to the Diary Room without saying a word to anyone.

And after chatting to Big Brother for several minutes he went and sat in the kitchen and talked to Dan and Marco.

The two boys were keen to talk with him, obviously in the spirit of reconciliation.

Bravely in the circumstances, Marco asked Victor if he'd be upset should Emma, who is currently in the Bedsit, return.

"I would be upset if she came back," he said, but then offered an olive branch. "But I don't hate her. She's got some good qualities..."

"I'm sure she's regretting last night as much as you are," said Daniel the peacemaker.

"There's a lot of things people said that they regret today," said Marco. Victor told him he understood that and Marco added timidly, "There are people who are probably ashamed of some of the things they did last night. I know I am."
