I'm away next week so where I work I've been filling up some hours in the week so it doesn't come out of my holidays. One thing to remember is I work in a bar. Anyway today I was one of the people doing interviews for people who have just applied and want to work there (which is a bit soon as I've only worked there for three weeks) and some went well, some went not so well. But one of the was a complete idiot. I'll just basically type out with the other person doing the interviews being number 1, me being number 2 and the idiot interviewee being number 3.

1: What do you think you can offer to the club?
3: I honestly have no idea, it depends on the rest of the staff and how i fit in
1: Why do you want to work here?
3: I hear its good pay
2: In a hypothetical situation, if someone started being aggressive either towards you, another member of staff or another customer what do you do?
3: Smack them one
2: I take it you're not a very polite person then?
3: No, I hate people
1: How comfortable are you working in a noisy environment and can you handle drunk people well?
3: I'm not too keen on noise, and I hate alcohol.

Basically thats all the relevant details that made me laugh, obviously cut down. I don't think anyone could give any worse answers in an interview for the job he applied for!

Im rubbish at interviews and im not even that bad haha, I did interviews once for a director job. And you see it in such a different perspective when your interviewing haha, when your being interviewed so much goes through your head. This one guy i was interviewing was shaking, couldnt believe it. I was like... "Why are you scared of me?"
