Default Help - How Do I Get Rid Of My Weight Problem.

Hii x

I feel like i need mental help

IM CONSTANTLY THINKING ABOUT MY WEIGHT. And no matter what i do to stop it, it aint going down.

Im currently In between 15stone8 and 16stone2. Im boucning up and down between that all the time.

I sued to be 17stone5. Butr decided i was too fat and lost a stone.

I want to be 14stone by christmas, as that would be an average weight for me.

Im 6ft and 15 years old.

Is my weight a problem, am i over exagerating?, or should i be worried about it.

I DONT KNOW .

Also aswell like i feel asick after i eat and i think to myself ' i shouldnt of eaten that'

I dont want to constantly feel sad about how much i weight, as i like every other opart of my body except my thighs and belly. and i dont want to feel like poo after everyt ime ie at, and dont want to keep on worrying about my weight.

i also hate most veg, and only fruit i like is apples. And i dont eat crisps anymore but cookies and chocolate are evil to me .

I JUST CANT STOP

Im scared ill be 17stone5 again

Can anyone helpp?

Conz
xx

Eat healthy snacks if you're feeling peckish...like fruit, rice-cakes/ryvita, cereal-bars, etc.

I think you should go to the doctors Conor, they will be able to provide the best help and then maybe they can refer you to a dietician or someone similar to that who can help control your weight.

Also try and join or regularly go to the gym, losing weight won't happen overnight but if you're determined and consistent then it will happen in the end.

You shouldn't obsess with your weight, like in young girls in can lead to anorexia, not saying that will happen but its how people get skinny. Do you constantley weigh yourself? Because you shouldn't do that if you do all the time. Once a week or fortnight. Just eat healthily etc etc, don't eat crap like chocolate, sweets, all that junk food as that puts on weight. And be more active, walk, run do other sports. I use to loose 5 or 6 pounds every session I did in swimming. But then I had to eat that amount that night to get to my orignal weight.

That's the worse thing you could do.
Why 3 times a day? Its not like your going to loose weight each time you weigh your self. You should just stop doing that as it makes the whole situation worse. Well its best to see a dietition, and make sure your not eating crap like crisp etc etc, there all bad for you, contain high levels of hydrogenated fat which puts on weight and infact kills your body, as its not designed to digest it blah blah... But really just don't eat that kinda stuff it really does put on weight. Do you eat meals that are prepared or are mircowavable?

If you are eating healthily and that is the size you are then there is nothing wrong with you, if you are eating mcdonalds and chocolate then thats not the weight you should be at. But remember your only 15... most of your fat will be puppy fat.

When I was 16, during the summer between school and college I lost all my puppy fat in one go, and I went really skinny really quickly. It just happens, give it time. Dont go losing too much weight because you are still growing, when you are ready it will just drop off.
Just keep healthy.

Go to the doctors, they're going to give you better advice than teenagers on a big brother forum.

I see my weight as something I can control to make myself feel good. You just gotta get a hold of it [not literally] and phase yourself.
