Chris Moyles has been at it again, he has been campaigning for him to stay, and loads of people are going along with it. The people that think X factor is a joke, is going to vote for him to mess up the show according to Chris and many of his listeners. Especially if Diana doesnt sing, her votes will probably go to Daniel.

What I think Daniel needs to do is to make sure he can't sing every week, that way he can get a free pass each week until he gets to the final.
