Do they get their set payment for appearing on the show, plus whatever the winner gets in addition?

They get nothing. The only series where there was a prize was with Bez in CBB3 (£50k), and they gave Chantelle £25k for winning too - but the prize wasn't on offer to the rest.

The celebs aren't doing it for their own charities either - in line with the regular series there are three nominated charities of Big Brother's choice.
