I didn't think I would say this as I liked her initially but I think she didn't make the most of her love island journey. She was chosen by Danny in the coupling ceremony and even though I don't like him much, she gave him nothing in terms of showing in any way she was ' in to him ' That's not to say he would have remained true to her but all the same she threw away her chance to even find someone in casa amor

I loved Yewande. She was such a complex and intelligent woman and it was actually really lovely to see her open up to Danny - she just shone, glowed from within, when things were going well between them.

She's obviously an introvert and I feel like it was the format of the show that really did her a disservice.

Having said that I WANT scientists rather than influencers or page 3 girls on shows like these. It's so boring when they're all extroverts!!

Must say I was massively unimpressed with Danny's behaviour. For me it was the broken promise. The fact that she gave him an out and he still professed his devotion.

But today I read a rather interesting article about Yanny that made me think twice.

Did you consider that maybe she didn't want to be? Most of the contestants on this show are after fame for their fortune... so they will take any booking that comes their way. Yewande has other things to move onto... so maybe she declined the bookings.
