I never get a fever with it, I can tell by the sore throat and the sinus pains and the exhaustion.

I'm a lot better now, just struggling with shortness of breath. My throat was extremely sore yesterday but some warm drinks and a good nights sleep has really eased it.

If you are outdoors and away from other people I dont see the issue, we have not been required to stay home for Covid for over 3 years, its just another flu now so no need to worry
