What you have to ask is why did he do it? It could just be that things have run there course. I cheated on someone who I had been with for 10 years. It was over between us and had been for a while. The problem was neither of us were brave enough to do anything about it as all we knew was each other. So I took the cowards option. I got caught. She forgave me and we tried again. But the underlying problems were still there and in the end we called it a day.

3 years on we still love each other but know that it is over. Sometimes you just have to accept the fact.

10 years is such a long time-I can't imagine how hard it still is to see them.Just feel like it's impossible at the moment and if I still feel like this in 3 years how will I cope?!Does it not hurt when you see them?The only thing I think went wrong was that I trusted him too much....but he has pretty much cut me off now anyway!Impossible situation!
