Default TiBB Scissorhands
basically, you find a friend/family member who is willing to let you cut their hair. You take a before and after shot. You submit. One member per round will win a pair of TiBB golden scissors which will give them a pass through to the final, and if you dont you can keep reapplying throughout the rounds.
