What's your alltime favourite quote from any movie?

I have several, but on that stands the most is on Star Wars episode 3, when the emperor is giving his speech about turning the senate into a galactic empire, and they all begin to cheer, then Padme says "So this is how liberty dies: With thunderous applause"
