Saw this on another forum and thought I'd post it here. Would be interesting to see other people's views.

A little harsh that she now faces prostitution charges. What two consenting adults do behind closed doors should be none of our business, and to answer that question, yeah I probably would, if he was attractive and wasn't a complete weirdo.

The conversation between the man and woman inside a Bucks County eatery in October went from a lighthearted chat about dogs and family to raunchy talk of anal sex and threesomes -- in less than 10 minutes. Officer Michael Brady, with the Bensalem Township Police Department, was undercover as "Bob" when he met Susan Finkelstein, who was "adamant" about getting Phillies World Series tickets, he testified yesterday during the first day of her trial. The former public-relations specialist faces prostitution charges for allegedly trying to trade sex for the tickets.

Finkelstein "said she was interested in anal sex and she brought lube with her if I wanted that," Brady said under oath when questioned by Assistant District Attorney Steven Jones.

"She was adamant about getting this ticket," Brady testified.

When Finkelstein, 44, learned of another ticket that Bob's "brother" had, she said the siblings could "DP" her, Brady said. "DP" is short for "double penetration," he explained.

Surely the case in question shouldn't exist? The police can't use entrapment to catch somebody out.

I don't think it would be classed as entrapment. If the cop initiated the sexual conversation, then that would be entirely different.

The jury have just recently gone for deliberations, I wonder how far she would have actually gone for the tickets.

Susan Finkelstein took the stand this morning at her trial in Bucks County court in Doylestown and denied that she offered an undercover Bensalem sex in exchange for Phillies World Series tickets.

Finkelstein, 44, admitted that the ad she posted on Craigslist was flirtatious, but said she was simply desperate to stand out among the throngs of people buying and selling tickets to the series. She called the three topless photos she sent to the officer "part of my intent to use my feminine wiles to to pique his interest."

Advertisement Finkelstein also said that the officer was lying when he testified the she offered to complete a sex act with him and another man to secure the tickets, and that she exposed herself during the meeting at Manny Brown's in the Neshaminy Mall.

Bucks County Judge Albert Cepparulo will instruct the jury on the law at 2 p.m., then deliberations will begin.

Either way, in my eyes she hasn't done anything wrong. There are much more heinous crimes the police should be focusing on. Let her go.

There was no pimp, he could have said no and left it there, they're both adults and in my eyes it's no worse than a one night stand.

I don't get what the fuss is all about. I understand why theft, murder, rape, etc are crimes, but prostitution should be legal. That way there would be protection and women would not need to suffer at the hands of their pimps or "johns".

Nah am not saying she was in the wrong but I know if a woman offered me tickets to say U2 if I gave her one, oh and for extra tickets would I do her sister too, i would simply ask where i should put my clothes.

Exactly, everybody gets what they want, i don't really see the problem with it. (Not refering to it in the prostitution sense but in this sense)
