			I guess Icstis stands to make out of this and I'm glad ITV are taking the whole thing seriously.  Overall I think there should be a national watchdog that monitors the use of premium rate phone numbers on TV, which can give the programmes so mark of approval if they follow the correct guidelines. | |||

			Good thing done by ITV, once they're in the clear they can put back up ITV Play etc still with a good reputation, whereas the other channels are going to be lagging behind trying to clear court cases etc.
