whats ziggy got tatto'ed on his chest, i cant quite make it out and its annoying the bejeezus out of me .HELP

Ive noticed it before and today Ziggy was sunbathing and the camera was on it sometimes but it was still far away and I couldnt see what it said. Its a long sentence saying something so its not just a one word tattoo.

pmsl i can picture him in a duffle coat.

Noticed the tattoo but couldnt tell you what its says...could be latin or blah blah blah as is said alot in the house
