I don't think either are ugly, but it's an immature comment. Chanelle's prettier anyway... I don't think she has a huge forehead but because she has short hair it may seem that way. She pulls off short hair well and is a pretty girl.

It isn't a nice thing to say BUT I honestly don't think Charley meant in a spiteful way. I think it was one of those things she said when she was angry. Also, everyone saying Charley is ugly, that is a horrible thing to call anyone.

What I mean is that she may not mean it in a spiteful way but it's obviously like that. And calling someone ugly is a horrible thing to say to anyone, but as you dislike Charley I suppose It's acceptable to call her ugly.
