Why not just give it a HD remaster like Resident Evil 0 instead of completely changing everything about it like they did to Resident Evil 1 on the Gamecube?

REmake was a straight upgrade, they took everything that made RE1 great and they improved on it.

You can't simply do HD remasters of PS1 games...
