I do think they planned it to be CeCe (but they threw potential clues towards various characters to make various viable suspects), but planning this for years just makes the continuity errors in the finale even worse.

On a better note, I'm glad A won the villain award at the Teen Choice awards and I love that Vanessa was there on the night, she was great and deserves her recognition for it.

Tbh as much as I'd like him back on a shallow level (because ), my main interest in him as a character was the possibility of him being A. Unless he's being set up as this new bad guy (which I doubt tbh), I'm significantly less bothered about whether he returns or not.

And there's still Hand of God for a Julian / mystery fix.
