Based on a mad Manc Doctor called Lucas who takes 4 young holiday goers (Drew, David, Shaun and Raph hostage and stitches their mouths to each others asses after he gets pissed off that Aguero has gone off form for Man City after many days of Drew ****ting in Raph's mouth he dies and then Drew dies shortly after after Shaun does the same to him

Fast forward to the last 10 minutes and their is a knock on the door from a Cheshire guy who had just looked through the window to see Shaun (the start of the human centipede) dragging the lifeless boddies of Raph and Drew around with Purdy at the end of the centipede barely breathing and having a fit, so this heroic man from Cheshire confronts the sick manc bastard and smashes him over the head with a baking tray and breaking his glasses in the process before saving Shaun and a crippled and mentally disturbed David and wheeling them out of the house in a trolley, Special edition of the film contains The Turtle being added to the Centipede whilst wearing his farmer hat

I found the 1st quite fun and although it was very odd it was compelling and well acted

The 3rd is literally just utter trash, the doctor from the first one is a prison warden and the guy from the 2nd his right hand man and basically the warden rapes, murders and abuses people for an hour and then gets no comeuppance...the acting was abysmal, too.
