they look very nice will but have you heard of hotelpoem ? I will set up the spare room and you are welcome to stay here ? room service everything on tap - hot food and as much booze as you can drink of what ever kind and hot tub - Jacuzzi - how does that sound will ?

( small print - you have to listen to at least 10 poems every morning over breakfast )
