Well she was definitely right on that one.

Thanks for that dinalt

I dont agree with what Elizabeth said.
If she was speaking just after BB1 I would have agreed with her but there is now 24 hour coverage of BB where every moment is captured. Elizabeth was not edited to look boring, I think she was!
I watched BB2 ALOT last year, I had study leave abiut 2 weeks after the programme finished and I watched it constantly and from what I saw Liz participated very little to the entertainment side of BB.
She cooked, cleaned, moaned to Dean - yeah, she had some funny moments like when she fell over and that but that was shown on TV.
I think the producers could have got away from creating characters in BB1 and they did, Mel was made out to be a flirt but she wasnt.
This year we have E4, people are more switched on about BB.

STOP MOANING LIZ!!!

Hmmm.

i think that was a goodarticle, if she did all say that, I agree to a large extent - I do think her 'boringness' was exaggerated for the viewers, but as shesays, it's entertainment, so you have to expect it.

It's also interesting to hear about things such as the newspaper, and the heating being turned up, which I think could have an element of truth in them.

I certainly can't reject her comments, as i haven't experienced it, but I wonder how much is fact and how much is her perception of events?

She seems very intelligent and well rounded when she's interviewed, but then again, I liked Elizabeth in the house. The only time I didn't like her was when she told Helen what Paul had said in the last week, and she didn't make a huge attempt to see if Helen was ok.

Good article, dina - I enjoyed reading it.

However, I have to take umbrage at one of the quotes made in it:

Quote:
She was Scotland’s contestant in the "reality" show. The girl from Edinburgh....
As we all well know, Elizabeth STAYS in Edinburgh, but she was actually CUMBRIA's contestant in the reality show.
