The Death Penalty

It's not a bad idea.
The only thing that is concerning is that a rise in child killers might happen due to the paedophiles not wanting the child to grass them up to Law Enforcement and get the death penalty.

OMG death penalty for rape of children
 a death penalty for serial killers i can understand, but rapists no they deserve to rot in their cell till they die, not getting the easy way out with death penalty

Well deserved I say hopefully in a torturous way too scumbags!
On a side note when I first read this I thought the India part was to do with India Willoughby and I was really shocked at what she had done |
