They didn't really resort to any of those old tricks in CBB21 though so have faith!

Im hoping in the civilian one there's atleast one twist midway through like it used to be whilst staying true to its roots by having a structure again.

The #CBB #BBUK execs don't like doing backdoor evictions, but sometimes they have to (too many housemates/not enough time) - they try to do them as creatively as possible

I do feel cautiously optimistic, especially about BB19. The celeb series isn’t supposed to be the most intense version of the format and if it is then that should be because the housemates make it like that.
I love that the eye has a hidden factor that won’t be seen till Launch Night. It might just be that the other side turns into the literal eye of a hurricane or something (which is what I hoped the eye would be when the theme was revealed) but I feel like it’s already much less going through the motions than previous series has been.

Channel 5 needs to keep it’s snout out of things though. Things only normally go wrong when they start making demands.

Ugh the riggage for Charley was so iconic. The combination of twists, punishments and sheer luck that somehow kept her in for that long without messing with the format too much was incredible

Nowadays they'd just give ha a pass to the Final on day 3 for correctly answering a **** stirring question in the diary room for a task
