hermes is awful, i paid for a 12-1 delivery slot because i was busy and they texted me saying they were bringing it from 4-6.

I Googled Hermes complaints and the same old story.

'We tried to deliver today' which translates to 'we couldn't be bothered to deliver today.'

Ours knocks the door like once and by the time I answer it he's already chucked the parcel into the shed and written half of the "IN SHED" on the bit of card.
