Default Can this season still be 'back to basics'?

By back to basics I mean what we saw in CBB22. Our public interference was limited and not even that bad, the chalkboard was back (and caused some drama as expected ), head-to-heads, and there was clearly some nice throwbacks they most likely threw in for fans (closed off stairs, housemates walking alone while the others stay in the lounge, etc etc)

Obviously the latter may be a guarantee (unless they move the lounge to where it usually is by the stairs/they actually take out closed off stairs somehow in 4 days) but with focus on how we have more power than ever and the emphasis on gameplaying (not explicitly, but the way they're going on makes it seem like housemates won't just get by by being the dead normal girl no one wants to nominate) it seems we're diverging from that... oddly enough given how they must've known how much fans would've loved the throwbacks in CBB22

So what do we think?

I have faith in the current creative team tbh. I may be wrong, but they seem to be trying to appeal to the hardcores.

Its strange that they've cast what seems to be the most general public people in years yet from what the promos are showing we are getting a series full of outside influence and twists from day 1.

Its defo not "back to basics".
