He is an embarrassment that tried to justify slavery. Nothing he says or does will ever really overcome that. Might as well try to appeal to the right wing since he has shat on the entirety of his previous core fanbase with his actions over the past few months.

"[Slavery] sounds like a choice" is a lot less nebulous than "Brexit means Brexit." Nothing wrong with supporting the Republican party, but Kanye seems determined to make himself seem like an idiot.
