I think Pete BB7 was meant to be in BB5 (He definitely auditioned and I remember watching a documentary on BB where it was referred to but I can't remember if they just mentioned him auditioning or if he was actually selected then backed out for whatever reason)

Katie Hopkins was in the guinea pig trial of BB1 (imagine if she'd been selected for the main cast... Nasty Nick hew)

I think he actually made it far enough to be in a waiting room with Joel or something along those lines, since Raph mentioned he met him during the audition process. They probably would've both filled the same role of mild mannered young adults with possibly slight deceptiveness but the producers thought Joel was a more suitable choice for that

Actually CBB19 could've originally had the most over the top, craziest cast of any CBB. We nearly did get Tiffany, Frenchy, Perez and Jasmine Lennard but Tiffany/Frenchy were busy with other shows, Perez asked for too much funny and Jasmine Lennard made racist tweets. Considering how all 4 of these people got obvious replacement housemates who aren't nearly as good (Calum, Coleen, Jasmine Waltz, James Jordan) it means we potentially could've had an all star line up of

I've heard recently that Lorna Bliss (the woman who auditioned in that body stocking on the X-Factor) was due to take part in BB18UK last year, but was accidently leaked to the press and so was replaced. I don't think it was revealed who replaced her, but I assume it was Simone considering both were previous X-Factor rejects and from 2015 onwards, they've always had one in the season.

Jamie East revealed in his Reality Check podcast recently that Bobby Brown was waiting in the dressing room before CBB8 but wasn't allowed to go in at the very last minute.

Also that OJ Simpson was due to enter CBB5 but someone at Channel 4 or Endemol got cold feet about letting him in.
