I am not sure why the question is being asked, but technically, like all of us, according to (Romans 3:23) they are sinners
The real question is whether we are sinners saved by grace (Ephesians 2:8-9) |

Also technically speaking, when Paul wrote his letters to the various churches, he addressed it to the saints. The usage of the word meant that anyone who was a Christian, was also a saint.
So I am saint Sticks So you can be both a saint and a sinner at the same time. |
