I have never personally taken anything.
However hubby is over there a lot lately.
He has refurbed a bungalow so bathroom has gone to tip, plus any amount of carpets etc.
He still has loads of stuff to move as well, tiles, wood, doors etc.

I have an arrangement with my guy at the tip, he keeps bubble wrap, polystyrene and packing stuff for me and i sell stuff he keeps back on a 50:50 basis - paintings and the like. Its a good deal.

Every couple of weeks I end up having to take a few bags of general household down because our green bin collections have gone to "every 3 weeks" and it's always full after 2. Bloody useless.
