I'm sure many commented on it...but in the knowledge that he is a drama queen seeking attention you just accept it until it reaches the point of irritation. They all tend to go into the cabin and are asked to go into detail about a task/events in the camp that day. The producers then edit these snippets from the cabin throughout the episode as an almost running commentary on that days events. Really not Fleur's fault how hers are used.

Even then, I'd counter what you said with the fact she hasn't appeared anymore than anyone else.
