I use the tongue brush on the back of my toothbrush and I wash my toothbrush really well, also use a cap for it. It freaks me out when people just wet the toothbrush with cold water and call it clean. Also there is no point in brushing your teeth if you don't clean also clean the backs of your teeth AND your tongue.
