Default Tibb`s Agony Aunt/s?

Im sure many of you including myself come across several threads containing the information and problems that members are experiencing in their personal life-away from the forum.
Some members get annoyed by this and it can lead to people being branded 'attention seekers'.Becuase of this I thought I would create this thread especially for those kinda threads,ya know the ones about problems at schoo, home, emotional problems, relationship problems and general worries people may have.
Basically anyone who has a problem of this sort and wants to talk about it or wants some advice can come to this thread, post whatever they have to say and then other members who feel they can offer advice or want to help can come and give their support. The members who dont wish to get involved in these kind of thread dont have to worry about it as they just needent click on the thread in the first place.
I dont know if this will be a success or not but I thought Id give it a go anyway and see

I think that it is important to remember that we are not here to give advice about personal issues, bullying etc.. we need to be very careful when talking to people who are struggling. There are many, many expert services available, one in particular allows web chat, email and even sms as well as telephone calls.

Lets all tread carefully when responding to people with problems because what might be the worst thing for someone could be seen as silly to someone else, it would be awful if we ended up doing more harm than good.

I do appreciate the intention though, however this site really is not about discussing problems

The thing about proper agony aunts, is that they should in theory have some kind of qualification, that the lay-person may not have. All we can do is refer someone on to the proper professional.

If however the problems are technical questions, such as graphics, or software, I suspect there may be people who have some expertise, so in that limited capapcity, we may be able to assist, otherwise we could end up doing more harm than good.

For personal problems you should really consult sources like

NHS Direct
Citizens Advice
Samaritans
