Default learning to drive?

hi
do you need a provisional licence to learn to drive or can you start to learn and apply before you take your test? and if so, how do you apply? ive been on the DVLA website but you cant download an application form for a provisional licence. ta

You have to have a provisiona licence, get one from the post office.

Its one of the most frightening things learning to drive but well worth all the nerves once you've passed
I'm sure if I had to take mine again I wouldn't stand a chance

Good luck CC. So glad I passed when I did, dont think I would get through the theory test and I definitely have picked up some bad driving habits over the years, but the freedom being able to drive is fantastic.
