My dad has given me his poxy cold and now i feel really rough. I got work tonight and most importantly i got a really important interview in a few days. Does anybody have any ideas to help me shift this cold as quickly as possible. |

You could try foods containing garlic or garlic supplements.
Garlic contains chemicals which have broad antimicrobial activity and some antiviral and antiprotozoal activity. |

Decongestants worked for me last night - I could hardly breathe when I came up to bed, but that and my asthma medication helped me sleep well.
