I heard about this on LBC this morning - cba to watch the video, but they were saying kids who'd been excluded from school are sitting around in fried chicken shops, and gang members offer to buy their food. Later in the week the kids are asked to deliver (say) an envelope, which unbeknownst to them has drugs in.
What kind of crappy parents let their kids sit around unsupervised after getting kicked out of school?

There were youth inclusion units for excluded students. If the cuts removed this it has created a bigger issue, another brilliant tory decision.
