Very true, his decisions make the entire process seem pointless 90% of the time. He keeps the useless 'cheeky geeza' and the controversial woman for towards the end and just gets rid of all the business ideas hes not fond of until we picks whoever he wanted to begin with imo

His decision will be based on the candidates business plan, he is not going to take someone on who has an unworkable one
