Yeah they have misunderstood what he is saying here. He means its one year closer to when it eventually(but probably wont) makes a return

One year closer literally just means that a year has passed so if it was to come back, we are now a year closer

Besides if there were plans to revive it, Marcus would certainly not know at this stage
