So... another plot taken over by Ben and Martin.

Martin needed help from Ben to dispose of a van he was simply sat in (not driving) that was involved in a hit and run that may or may not have resulted in someone being seriously harmed. So, in exchange for Ben having the car crushed Martin kidnaps a neighbour he's known for years, kills him in cold blood, makes a video of it and disposes of the gun, van and everything else involved with the incident.... in exchange for Ben having the original van simply crushed...

Even if Keanu is alive that is, even for a soap, one of the worst storylines I've ever witnessed. Up there with Tina McIntyre being murdered over stolen hairdryers. No wonder Kate Oates was so quick to blame James Bye for it.

At least when the focus of the plot was Mel, Sharon and Lisa it was entertaining.

I do find it highly amusing that Sharon is singled out and called a slut after an episode has just aired where Phil threw her to the ground, heavily pregnant and colluded with his two children to have a man murdered in cold blood. But hey.
