Default so just had to install another media player for my music

VLC Media Player to replace the broken windows media player

windows media player i had for so long, multiple problems time to time error messages, and now it had crashed for good, so i thought let me search for a different media player online, and a friend of mine recommended VLC

VLC is still around? Wow.

Although credit where it's due it was the best media player around. A long time ago.

I loved WinAmp ... In 2000-2005 Nicky.

Also VLC is still great... For pirated movies that won't play on Plex because of bad encoding.

I agree with the general opinion that it's time for you to get Spotify.

However, if you MUST keep using your old MP3 collection, you want an application called "MusicBee". VLC has literally never been good for organising audio.

Will Apple Music allow him to rip his NOW CD's to the library though?

Despite it no longer being on MacOS (like my computer), iTunes is still around for Windows, so try that if need be.

It is. It's just called Apple Music. It's still, effectively, iTunes. It can be used with or without an actual subscription.
