having a curfew on the streets doesn't give anyone the right to do as they please outside of the curfew. If police think a situation is becoming dangerous, they will take action whatever time it is.

They weren't hidden, we've both seen the same footage. Don't forget the cameramen and other operatives will have identifiers marking them out as members of the press.

This was also the same chief who allowed cops to enter Breonna Taylors house without a warrant and refuse to let anyone touch David's body for 12 hours so he was left laying on the street like roadkill

Right, but they’re allowed to use their own discretion to decide when they become aggressive, that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, especially since we’ve seen them attacking peaceful protests before now
