Afternoon, all!

Hope you're all enjoying the Bank Holiday.

I have some great news ...... have been away checking out the 'Compulsory Purchase Order' that Sticks passed on. Turns out the major company involved have withdrawn their interest in the premises and are looking elsewhere to site their business venture. AND the landlord has just extended our lease on Boris's Bar for at least another 5 years!

Time to celebrate ............................



P.S. Smirnoff order has also been sorted out ...... deliveries expected tomorrow ...... but in the meantime I've an emergency stock of Vladivar handy for all you vodka drinkers!

I'm sad so I looked to see why it was called Dr Pepper and it does not actually say why! It just says....

I drank the Dr Pepper and the wine together! I would not recommend doing that it did not taste great
