The cutoff period for this is similar to the Mercury criteria, therefore any single released between August last year and July this year is a candidate.

Notable big omissions? Watermelon Sugar getting the pick ahead of Adore You is EXTREMELY QUESTIONABLE, as is the absence of Jessie Ware's Spotlight. Do Bastille still deserve attention in 2020?
