Alcohol like drugs is a mind altering substance, so of course it changes people. It doesnt always change people for the worst though!
I think that Bananrama hit the nail on the head to be honest. Society has changed so much that violence is the norm and is increased when a lot of people fuelled with alcohol get together. |
