There's more than S Africa, that needs to do that.
There's been small steps forward which is welcome as to a will to bring about change by near all Countries. Not enough however, and the PM said at the start of this summit, we were at a minute or minutes to Midnight. Well with the moderate change possible from this midnight is well out the process.
