It's really swollen, but I ain't banged it or anything..
It hurts to type. So I cant do the darts tonight

In all seriousness Parmy if you're getting pain and swelling in the wrist without actually having injured it you should get it checked out, because it could be a wee touch of arthritis.

Could also be an Repetitive Strain Injury of course. You haven't been using your wrist for a repetitive task several times a day or anything have you ... ?
