It doesn't mean anything, bookies often do this for entertainment events. Also people request odds for certain people. I could request "Nicky91 from tibb's fame to host big brother" and probably get 1000/1 odds.

Yeah that's my point, they offer odds on absurdities during these kind of markets, it's basically free money by anyone who chooses to bet on 100/1's. Of course they can happen, but they hardly ever do. Piers Morgan hosting BB? Might as well be 10000000/1, either way it's a burning money bet.

Rylan is firm favourite as it stands, i can tolerate him. I can't tolerate Leigh Francis. Maya Jama would be great.
