No, the reason is simple, trump is a presidential candidate, and they can't be seen to be keeping him quiet 2 years after an event, where the justice system has taken no action against him at all and is unlikely to ever do

The Primaries haven't even started yet. Just because he's the incumbent, doesn't mean he's the default Repub candidate.

he had a big event and submitted all the paperwork to say he was running. That process starts before the primaries, because they have to have candidates for president to have primaries

I mean, it 's not that big of an event that his social media accounts have been reinstated. Truth social is available to everyone and he's been on there. I haven't missed him. I still keep up to date with his opinions everyday.
