Warning of Flooding, Wildfires
or Terrorism


[A UK-wide emergency alert service
is being launched today,
ahead of a test on Sunday 23 April.

The alerts will be sent directly to mobile phones across
the UK to warn people about life-threatening
events such as wildfires and severe flooding,
the government has said.]

has been worked on for some time.

with Big Text saying what is in your zone.


But for those very old,
and no smartphone

there will be a general alert saying .... DONT PANIC

It should be a great laugh in schools, hospitals etc

Blates a Nuclear Attack warning system but TBH if the bombs are dropping, you want to be as close to it as possible. Vapourised in a split second, you won't even see or hear it. Lights out.

Your other options are 3rd degree burns, radiation poisoning, cancer or starvation so ... better to go with the bomb.
