Clips of youtube to convert for Windows movie maker:

www.youtubex.com
www.vixy.net

It might take a while, but if you save them as WWM (I think) you should be able to use them in movie maker

One way of getting clips from TV onto your computer is to get Windows XP Media Center Edition or Windows Vista Home Premium or Windows Vista Ultimate. Those allow you to record straight onto your PC.

Doesn't the PC have to have a TV card to be able to do that?

Windows XP Media Center Edition already has the TV card built in and as far as i'm aware, the two editions of Windows Vista that I mentioned have the TV cards built in too.

The Windows XP Media Edition has a programme called 'Media Center', you can plug your aerial wire into it, and there is a record feature where you can record TV. I've used it in the past to record TV.
